2014–2015 Comp Ticket Policy

Complimentary tickets for most performances are available to students, faculty and staff with a valid Conservatory ID. Please read details below for eligibility and how to claim your tickets.

WHO GETS WHAT
(Please note this is only your eligibility – tickets are not guaranteed)

  • Production Cast and Crew (including designers, music director, choreographer, coaches, conductor, technical director, stage manager, props manager and student crew): Two comps per production (not per performance) – must be reserved in advance by contacting the Audience Services Manager.

  • TBC Faculty/Staff: Two comps per production (not per performance) – must be reserved in advance at the Box Office (in person or by phone).

  • TBC Students, not in production: One comp per performance – may only be claimed at the Box Office on the performance night (see Student Rush information below).

  • Director (of the production) and Division Director (of corresponding division): One comp per performance, plus four additional comps per production – one comp per performance is automatically reserved, but the four additional comps must be reserved in advance by contacting the Audience Services Manager.

Any additional comps for press, industry professionals, etc. must be requested through and approved by the Audience Services Manager and are not guaranteed.

    STUDENT RUSH LINE

Please note that only TBC faculty, staff and the production cast and crew may reserve their complimentary tickets in advance. All TBC students not involved in a given production must arrive at the performance one hour before curtain to wait in a student rush line – complimentary tickets (one per person with TBC ID) will be distributed at that time based on availability.

Due to increased demand for Boston Conservatory performances, all additional tickets must be bought at full price.

PLEASE NOTE: All comps will be held at WILL CALL on performance nights. Comp tickets not picked up by 15 minutes before the performance start time are subject to be released for sale or reassignment.

Once again, the availability of comps is not guaranteed, and policies are subject to change.

Any questions regarding ticket policies or complimentary tickets should be directed to the Audience Services Manager at (617) 912-9142.
