Edward Gazouleas

Home/ Edward GazouleasEdward Gazouleas earned his B.M. from Curtis Institute and completed graduate studies at Yale University. He studied viola with Michael Tree, Karen Tuttle, Raphael Hillyer and Steven Ansell.
Gazouleas is a current member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra (BSO) and the Boston Pops and is a former member of the Concerto Soloists of Philadelphia, the Pittsburgh Symphony and New Haven Symphonies, the Chamber Orchestra of New England and the New York String Ensemble with Alexander Schneider. He has performed chamber music with the Boston Artists' Ensemble, Collage New Music and the Pensacola Chamber Music Festival.
Gazouleas formerly taught at Temple University and Swarthmore College and is currrently viola faculty at The Boston Conservatory.
