Felice Pomeranz

Harp Faculty

Felice Pomeranz earned a B.M. in harp and a M.M. in jazz studies from the New England Conservatory (NEC). She has completed harp studies with Margaret Ling, Marjorie Call and Bernard Zighera and was a fellow at Tanglewood Music Center.

Pomeranz is the founder of The Gilded Harps, a resource network of harpists for events in the New England area, and serves as the co-founder and leader of The Felice Pomeranz Jazz Quartet. Pomeranz works as a clinician and performer throughout the United States, Europe and the Czech Republic and has given performances in New England, France, Switzerland and the Caribbean. She has written classical/popular harp arrangements for the Vanderbilt Music Co.

Pomeranz is on the American Harp Society board of directors (Boston chapter). Her recordings include A Gilded Christmas (harp/flute, Spectra label), A Concert of Connecticut Composers and Tomorrow's Dream (The Felice Pomeranz Jazz Quarte
