- Insurance is required; either the renter provides an insurance certificate naming The Boston Conservatory or one-day insurance is obtained through this website. Please note that alcohol is not allowed on campus, so you should not purchase the additional premium for liquor liability.
- A $90 piano tuning fee will be added for use of the piano
*Please note that this is a special discounted price for Alumni only. Alumni cannot reserve space more than one month in advance with the discounted price.
