Home/ EmailAre you using our new GMAIL powered @BostonConservatory.edu email Boston Conservatory email system? It’s accessible through the web, on your mobile device and through a special plugin to Outlook.
As of November 1st, email is no longer being delivered to the legacy system, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Web Access. Your messages are still safe over there, but all new mail is being delivered to GMAIL. Your email address hasn't changed -- just the system that powers it -- YOURNAME@BostonConservatory.edu will still work. We’ve upgraded the web interface and the mail server to the same tools that Google uses to power GMAIL.
In the days ahead, we will be making more and more training and help resources available. We’ll also be proactively troubleshooting migration issues and training needs. Help us help you. Let us know what questions you have so we can answer them.
If you are having trouble accessing the new system or using it, or if you think there may have been errors in your migration, let us know. Please email the Help Desk:helpdesk@bostonconservatory.edu.
- Please Note: Your Conservatory network password and your Conservatory GMAIL password are not linked. To change your network password, click on the Change Network Password link at the bottom of the page. We recommend that you keep your Network password and your email password in sync.
- The Help Desk can always assist you to reset a password or make other account changes.
