The Boston Conservatory is excited to announce The Boston Conservatory Conductors’ Choir, a new choir comprised of graduate voice, opera and vocal pedagogy students and conducted by graduate choral conducting students. The Conductors’ Choir will perform works of Boston composer Lukas Foss and 19th century composer, Johannes Brahms in works for 4-hand piano and chorus. These compositions come out of the tradition of informal music-making in the homes of the aristocracy during the 19th century called Liederabends. Join us for this intimate evening of choral song. Artistic direction by George Case. Conducted by graduate students.

FOSS: Psalms
BRAHMS: Quartets, op. 92
BRAHMS: Neue Liebeslieder Walzer, op. 65
