Faculty Recital: Sarah Brady, flute

An interpreter of contemporary music, Boston Conservatory faculty member Sarah Brady (flute) is acclaimed for her "enchanting" (The Boston Globe) and "dazzling" (New Music Box) performances. Brady is principal flute of the Boston Modern Orchestra Project (BMOP) and has recorded more 40 albums of contemporoary music. A versatile 21st-century performer comfortable in any venue and all genres, Brady has performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Boston Pops, Boston Ballet and Boston Lyric Opera, and she has collaborated with chamber groups, such as the Radius Ensemble, the Talea Ensemble and the Firebird Ensemble. Guest artists include fellow Conservatory faculty members Rhonda Rider (cello) and Yoko Hagino (piano).
