Due to weather, The Boston Conservatory will CLOSE at 3 p.m. on Friday, February 5. During this time, all classes are canceled and all offices are closed. Performances and rehearsals scheduled for tonight will continue as planned, and practice rooms on campus will remain open and available to students. NEW: The Boston Conservatory Chamber Series

The Boston Conservatory is excited to announce The Boston Conservatory Chamber Series, a new performance series featuring chamber music performed by faculty members and renowned guest artists. 

VERDI: String Quartet in e minor
WAGNER: Prelude from Meistersinger von Nümberg
WAGNER: Ride of the Valkyries
DUTILLEUX: Figures de Resonances
BRITTEN: String Quartet No. 2 in C Major, op. 36 

Performers will include Joseph Silverstein, Rictor Noren, Andrew Mark, Ya-Fei Chuang, Max Levinson, Sharan Leventhal, Lila Brown, Rhonda Rider and Markus Placci.

The 2013 renovation of Seully Hall has been funded in part by the Massachusetts Cultural Facilities Fund, a program of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, administered through a collaborative arrangement between MassDevelopment and the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
