Piano Masters Series: Michael Lewin

Tuesday, November 4, 2014 - 8:00pm
Seully Hall

"Lewin's dangerously difficult and extraordinarily musical program proved him a great pianist. He plays intensely, in a fury of concentration and piano mastery, infusing each work with a sense of drama and working audiences into a frenzy. Be advised not to miss your next chance to hear him." Keith Powers, The Boston Herald

This year, Artistic Director of The Boston Conservatory Piano Masters Series Michael Lewin has devoted great attention to Debussy, recording two new albums and performing Debussy works widely in concert. His performance at The Boston Conservatory will treat audiences to a selection from his most recently released CD, Beau Soir, which has garnered extraordinary international press and already become a classical best-seller.
