Piano Masters Series presents Choong-Mo Kang

Choong-Mo Kang, appointed last year to the Juilliard piano faculty, is one of South Korea’s preeminent pianists and musicians. He has won the Dong-A Competition, the Frinna Awerbuch International Competition and the McMahon Competition, and performed in recital and as soloist with orchestras throughout the world. His remarkable achievements include a 5-year traversal of the complete keyboard works of J.S. Bach. His recording of the Goldberg Variations, which he will perform for us, has won unanimous international praise. Read full bio here.
