Student Center Reservations
Due to space limitations, it is not possible to use rooms in 8 The Fenway or the Theater building for recital receptions. Boston Conservatory students may use the Student Center for recital receptions unless other events have been previously scheduled. Students should see the Assistant Director of Student and Community Programs in 24 The Fenway to reserve the Student Center for a recital reception or community event.
- All reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance of the recital or event with the Assistant Director of Student and Community Programs.
- Any faculty member wishing to utilize the Student Center for a class must seek permission from the Assistant Director of Student and Community Programs at least two weeks in advance.
- Any individual or group who reserves the Student Center is responsible for setup and clean-up.
- A $25 refundable damage deposit is due two weeks prior to the reservation date and will be held until after the event takes place.
- No refrigeration or kitchen use is provided.
- No alcohol may be served, provided or brought to recital receptions.
- Those using the space are responsible for adhering to all Conservatory policies.
