Student Organization Sponsored Trip Policy

All trips sponsored by recognized student organizations and departments must be coordinated through the Division of Student Affairs.  All students on sponsored trips must complete a Risk and Release form indicating their acknowledgement of these risks, which will stay on file with The Boston Conservatory.  

Students acknowledge and accept possible risks associated with off-campus trips and release the Conservatory from any responsibility for any injuries, accidents or death while on a Conservatory-sponsored trip.
