Housing and Residential Life

The Boston Conservatory named safest campus in Massachusetts!

Welcome to Residential Life at The Boston Conservatory. This page is designed to aid you in your transition to your new home, whether you will be living on-campus or off-campus.

The Residential Life Staff understands that college often provides the first experience for students to live away from home. Our staff is trained to help make that transition as easy as possible.

We wish you all the best as you settle in to your new home.

On-campus housing

Living on-campus is a great opportunity for students to grow as artists and citizens. More than just a convenience, it is an important part of the social and academic lives of students. Students who live on-campus do better academically, in part due to the easy access to support services. In addition, living in close proximity to other students who are taking the same classes helps to develop social networks that contribute to a successful college experience.
