Requirements for Waiving the Student Health Insurance Plan

Students who have a U.S. based insurance plan that fulfills the minimum coverage requirements may choose to waive The Boston Conservatory qualifying student health insurance plan for the academic year.

In order to waive The Boston Conservatory Student Health Insurance Plan, students must fill out the online waiver form (www.gallagherkoster.com/bostonconservatory) a minimum of 2 weeks before the start of classes. Please be advised that an online waiver form must be filled out each academic year the student elects to waive coverage. If a waiver is not completed, the student will be responsible for paying the cost of the student health insurance plan.
