Extension Programs at The Boston Conservatory include professional development workshops for teachers interested in brushing up their skills and earning professional development points (PDPs).

Alexander Technique Teacher Training Course (January 23-May3, 2013)

This series of summer intensives begins the Alexander Technique Teacher Certificate Program. Completed hours from these summer intensives will be applied to the three-year curriculum, which includes group work, readings and an internship/practicum experience. Read more...

Alexander Technique Summer Intensive (June 10-14; June 17-21; June 24-28, 2013) 

Students are invited to spend one, two or three weeks acquiring the tools that make up this valuable technique. This course can be taken on its own or as part of the Alexander® Technique Teacher Training Course at The Boston Conservatory which will begin in the fall of 2012. Read more...
