William Buonocore earned a B.A. cum laude from William Paterson College and a M.M. magna cum laude from The Boston Conservatory. He has performed in master classes with Oscar Ghiglia, Manuel Barrueco, David Russell, Sharon Isbin, Robert Guthrie, John Holmquist, Michael Newman and John Duarte. Buonocore has also performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra (BSO), the Boston Ballet, the Boston Philharmonic, the Rhode Island Philharmonic and the Portland, Chautauqua, New Hampshire, Vermont, Indian Hill, Nashua and Cape symphony orchestras. His chamber music credits include An die Musik, Collage New Music, Boston Musica Viva, the Lumen Contemporary Ensemble, Manhattan String Quartet, Folios Guitar Duo, Alea III, Boston Conservatory Chamber Players, Masterworks Chorale and many others. Buonocore has recorded with the Koch International, Arabesque, Neuma, Nepenthe, Arsis and Centaur record labels.
