Ways to Give
There are many ways you can support The Boston Conservatory—by check, credit cards, gifts of securities and stocks, real estate, matching gifts or bequests. Your tax-deductible donations fund everything from world-class faculty to performance opportunities that prepare our students for their careers after college.
Your gift not only increases our financial resources, but also serves as an important measure by which foundations and corporations gauge the involvement and satisfaction of our community. These funders often consider the number of donors when making decisions regarding grants to colleges and universities. So no matter the size of your gift or method of giving, please know that your gift
counts.

The Churchill Society
The Churchill Society recognizes those who have made provision in their estate plans to benefit The Boston Conservatory and have informed us of their generosity.
The bequests and planned gifts received from friends of The Boston Conservatory are a significant source of funding for our future. Your generosity can help provide a stable financial future for the Conservatory and its exceptional programs.
We express our gratitude by inviting Churchill Society members to special events held throughout the year and including their names with this special distinction in our newsletters, programs and other publications. A permanent inscription bearing the names of Churchill Society members will also be on display at The Boston Conservatory.
The Churchill Society was named for alumnus H. Wilfred Churchill ‘38 who was a devoted faculty member of The Boston Conservatory and is now a cherished part of the Conservatory's celebrated history. His life was filled with musical activity and integrity—teaching piano, accompanying students at recitals and performing with instrumentalists and singers. Significantly, Churchill was also the first person to bequeath his entire estate to The Boston Conservatory. In 1994, his bequest became the principal of a fund which provides an annual piano scholarship awarded in his name.
Because of his generosity, his noble dedication to the Conservatory and his passionate love of music, H. Wilfred Churchill remains an inspiration to future generations of Boston Conservatory students and faculty. We are proud to acknowledge his legacy by naming our bequest society in his honor.
