You are here
Home/ Students/ Housing and Residence Life/ On-Campus Housing/ Residence Life Handbook/ The Housing ContractThe purpose of the housing contract is to enable The Boston Conservatory to plan for the use of its housing facilities. The contract is binding and delineates the terms under which you and The Boston Conservatory must abide. Signing the contract and moving into the residence hall constitutes a contractual agreement between you and The Boston Conservatory.
Please note that the housing contract is for the entire year. There are no semester contracts. In addition, the housing deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Conservatory reserves the right to terminate a resident’s contract if his or her behavior warrants such action. Students required to leave the residence halls as a result of disciplinary action will not receive a refund.
You are strongly encouraged to read your housing contract carefully before signing it and to retain a copy for your records.
