Replacement Diploma Order Form
Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee policy dictates that each graduate is allowed one printed diploma.
- Replacement diplomas cost $25 and can be shipped domestically and internationally free of charge.
- Diplomas shipped to addresses outside of the United States must select the prepaid shipping label tracking option.
- Diplomas shipping to China must use DHL.
- Once you submit the replacement diploma order form, it generally takes 8-10 weeks to receive your diploma. This process cannot be expedited.
- Our vendor will ship the diploma to the address you provide on this form. Please double check the accuracy of the address you are providing before submitting this form.
- Diplomas should not be sent to temporary addresses (ie. local apartment, P.O. Box). Berklee is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen diplomas.
If you need verification that you graduated for a job offer or further schooling, please fill out the Enrollment/Graduation Verification form and request that your graduation date be listed.
